The contents of these websites may be modified and updated by the City Council of Lugo without prior notice, both in terms of information and the structure and graphic design.

The City Council includes on its websites links to external content that it considers to be of interest to the citizen, always observing the regulations governing intellectual property rights and the basic rules of ethical behavior on the Internet. In this regard, the City Council is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the destinations of the external links included in the municipal site, nor for the use that is made of such content by users of the website.

The City Council of Lugo is the owner of the intellectual property rights of the design and codes that are collected in the Internet domains mentioned above, unless express reference is made to the contrary. Trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind that are collected on these websites are equally protected by current legislation. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, marketing or modification of all of them constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights.

The unauthorized use of the information contained in the domains, as well as the damages that may be caused in the intellectual and industrial property rights of the City Council of Lugo may give rise to the exercise by the latter of the legally appropriate actions.
